SGVF-CHSM scholarship established to honor ETV

The SGV Foundation (SGVF) signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the College of the Holy Spirit Manila (CHSM) on 16 January to establish a scholarship fund as a tribute to CHSM outstanding alumnae, SGVF trustee and first SGV woman partner Linda Villanueva (ETV).

In attendance were SGVF Chairman and President Vic Noel, SGVF Vice-Chairman and Executive Vice President Itos Cruz, SGVF Projects Chairman Cynthia Manlapig, SGVF Executive Director Marlu Balmaceda, CHSM President Dr. Felina Co-Young, and CHSM Centennial Commission Chair Vicky Garchitorena, who were all eager to see ETV’s reaction as the project had been kept a secret until the event.

Surprised and flattered by the recognition, ETV humbly responded, “I do not know what I did to deserve such an honor.”
