You are cordially invited to an exclusive briefing on how companies can maximize their mobility programs leveraging on SGV/EY’s Global Mobility Services.

For many organizations in today’s increasing interconnected cross-border business environment, creating an efficient and effective mobility program is crucial. Driven by the ongoing demand for faster processing times and the struggle to satisfy the documentary requirements of both tax and immigration, companies need to address challenges across a broad set of stakeholders.

This session is designed to share some of the emerging better practices in managing mobility and using technology to integrate more smoothly with other stakeholders and to become more user friendly in an environment where many of the traditional mobility processes have been digitalized. The ultimate aim is to make administrative and tax issues much easier to deal with for companies, employees and stakeholders.

With these objectives in mind, we are delighted to invite you to an interactive session titled “Workforce Mobility: Tax and Immigration challenges.”

The session will be facilitated by our highly experienced mobility professionals:

· Introduction to mobility and why mobility is more important than ever

· Mobility in the era of Trump, Brexit & Duterte

· Tax within mobility

· Immigration within mobility

· Bringing it all together – best practices. Practical example: business travelers – immigration compliance, tax compliance, social security compliance, workforce compliance in a digital environment.

· Integrated Mobility in SGV/EY

Speakers include Tim Denney, who has more than 25 years of experience in dealing with mobility and immigration issues across Asia, much of it in leading positions with tier one organizations. Most notably, Tim was named APAC Mobility Professional of the Year from the Forum for Expatriate Management in 2014. Also speaking is Czarina Miranda, SGV/EY Philippines lead for People Advisory Services (PAS) – Mobility. She has more than 19 years of experience in taxation, 3 of which were specializing in Mobility. Her skills include individual and corporate income tax compliance, Philippine immigration and tax advisory on global share award schemes for both local and international corporations. Assisting in the discussion will be PAS Senior Directors with a combined wealth of experience in delivering tax and immigration services to various SGV/EY clients.

We hope you are able to join us, and would like to extend the invitation to your colleagues with broader employee-related responsibilities, such as those from HR, talent and/or tax teams.

Cocktails and networking will follow the briefing.
