Congratulations to our new Certified Financial Services Auditor!
Advisory associate director and 2013 SGV Special Awardee Randyl Tabajonda passed the Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA) examination, which he took last 19 July in High Holborn, London, UK.
Randyl is currently seconded to EY London and his ongoing due diligence review project requires him to travel to other major cities in the UK such as Manchester and Newcastle. “I made sure I had the time to read the exam materials at the train and even at the hotel,” he recalls. “Whenever you take certifications, think about spreading your wings. It’s all about your commitment to serve not only our firm, but our valued clients as well.” Aside from passing the CFSA exam, Randyl is also a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control and eGRC Archer Certified Professional.
The CFSA is a certification offered by the Institute of Internal Auditors for those who want to grow as a financial services audit professional and demonstrate the breadth of their financial services knowledge. The exam covers financial services auditing, including financial services products and processes, as well as the regulatory environment.
