Christmas at SGV

Themed parties and simple get-togethers marked SGV’s 2010 holiday celebration.

Partners and staff dined and danced the night away at the Advisory Mardi Gras and Masquerade Ball — the first gathering Advisory has hosted since the Firm reorganized its service lines. Among the highlights of the night was a game of Hep Hep Hooray, where partner Becca Sarmenta proved victorious. Prizes were given for the Best Cluster Slideshow, Best Cluster Mask, Best Group Performance and Best Mardi Gras Costume.

Pinoy pride reigned supreme at the SGV Cebu Christmas celebration. The highlight of the celebration was the much-anticipated SGV Got Talent competition where the staff proudly showcased Filipino culture. Tropang BKDK rocked the audience with original Pinoy music and bested all other participants. SGV alumni were also present during the celebration.

SGV Cagayan de Oro (CDO) celebrated its annual Christmas party, donning outfits reminiscent of the funky 70s, retro 80s and the hip 90s. Animated dance and song numbers, plus a challenging game of charades, kept everyone in party mode. In her special message, SGV Cebu and CDO Partner-in-Charge Madz Vestil affirmed the alumni’s contribution to the growth of SGV CDO and encouraged everyone to continue providing quality service to the area.

MC 1 celebrated the colors of Christmas. Partners and staff gathered in their best Christmas colors and participated in fun games and activities where exciting prizes were given away to lucky individuals.

MC 2 staff and partners gathered for a Wild Wild West Christmas. Good food and funky music set the mood for the program, and the audience broke into fits of laughter as contestants battled it out at Hep Hep Hooray and Pinoy Henyo. The party culminated with a bang as staff members and partners showcased their singing skills, and grand raffle prizes of P10,000 and P15,000 were won by lucky individuals.

MC 3 electrified the Century Seafood Restaurant with a glam rock-themed party. Special awards and “Glam Rock Icon” awards were given to stand-out staff. The program’s highlight was a glam-inspired song and dance performance by different cluster team-ups, with the MCG/JHE group bagging the top prize.

MC 4 grooved to the most popular 80s tunes in their MC 4 80’s Crazemas Party.Prizes were raffled away and awarded to those who came in their funkiest 80s-inspired outfits.
