ATH gears up for its second year

Entering its second year of operations, the Asia-Pacific Talent Hub (ATH) continues to deliver significant contributions to the global market expansion initiatives of the Firm. Proving it is a top-quality team, ATH has gained the trust of other Asia-Pacific EY offices in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.

With more and more projects heading its way, ATH aims to increase its resources to 160 this FY12 from 50 in FY11 to accommodate its increasing workload. In order to deliver quality work, new members of the Group undergo extensive training on Asset Management, soft skills and on-the-job training on top of the Core Assurance training. There are also interactive discussions about cultural awareness and global opportunities conducted by EY Managers from Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Recently, our ATH Group met EY Chairman Jim Turley and Asia Pacific Managing Partner Lou Pagnutti along with the other Area executives.

Working with the Group on the Macquarie engagement, EY Sydney Manager Ben Sclater only has good words for ATH, saying that the group is a “phenomenal team that is willing to support and educate each other, moving as one towards a common goal.” Indeed, ATH has proven and will continue to prove that it has what it takes to provide quality services in the global market.
